Begin your journey 

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly. Repeat the deep breathing three to five times and feel your body releasing and relaxing with each breathe.

Now continue to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth just  not as deep. Close your eyes and repeat three times.  Continue to expand your mind and repeat the follow affirmations several times a day.

  1. My mind is free and clear.
  2. I allow myself to be open to receive all that is great.
  3. Many blessings are coming to me daily.
  4. I succeed when I put my heart into it.
  5. I am happy – healthy and wealthy.
  6. Learning and expanding my mind comes easy.

After a few days, you will be able to repeat the affirmations without looking at the list. As a result, you are open to receive new data to rewire your brain.  Now is the time to start taking in all the knowledge you can.  Start taking action now, today.

  1. Really like the concept of “reseting” my brain and getting rid of all the “junk” that really has accumulated over the years!
    But old habits die hard, this needs to be done repeatedly with intent to get any results!….I think the “accepted” norm is to do a new thing for 21 days…or three weeks and then the brain and body “remember” the new programming.
    I like your simple exercise and affirmation.

      Yes old habit are not easy to break BUT yes they can be broken. Repetitive positive affirmations, continuous practice and most of all “believe”is the key to Resetting Your Brain. I’d like to add not everyone can achieve a 21 day reset but do NOT give-up, some of us take longer especially if you truly do not believe in the beginning. Thoughts are things – law of attraction.
